Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during new product drops), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated 1-3 business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Charmed & Collected is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at amazingalyco@gmail.com so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
